While She Sleeps is a British band from Sheffield, England, formed in 2006. Known for their energetic performances and blend of hardcore punk and metalcore, they have released several albums, including This Is the Six (2012), Brainwashed (2015), You Are We (2017), and So What? (2019). In 2023, they released their latest album, Self Hell.
